Experience Designs by Eva LeWitt at New York City Ballet’s Art Series

New York City Ballet has invited Eva LeWitt, a New York-based artist known for her site-specific installations and wall-based sculptures, to create an installation for the company’s ninth Art Series.

She will fabricate 10 sculptures for a special one-night-only spring Art Series event on April 29, where attendees will be able to view her work both on and off the stage. The evening’s program includes Justin Peck’s Winter 2022 world premiere ballet Partita, for which Eva designed the sets.

The installation will be on view April 29, when tickets throughout the house are priced at $38. Be sure to stick around post-performance for an after party on the Promenade to celebrate the evening.

Eva’s sculptures will also hang during all of NYCB’s spring performances from April 19 to May 29, 2022.

Tickets are on sale now at nycballet.com/artseries.

Lead Underwriting support for the 2022 Art Series is provided by Lynne and Richard Pasculano.
