One photographer will receive the resources and editorial support to produce a limited edition book. Resources include access to Capricious’s in-house design and editing team, plus international distribution.

Instagram’s @design
#BlackDesignVisionaries Grants
In partnership with the Brooklyn Museum, Instagram will award three $10,000 grants to aspiring Black designers ages 18–30, and one $100,000 grant to a small, Black-led design business no more than 10 years old.

New York City Artist Corps
City Artist Corps Grants

AAMC Foundation Mentorship Program

Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts
SHIFT: A Residency for Arts Workers
NYC-based artists who are also arts workers are eligible for this cohort-focused residency for professional development and creative practices. Residents will receive a $1,000 honorarium and more.

Franconia Sculpture Park
2022 Residencies
Four residencies for artists and writers are open for application, including an Artist Family Residency for parents with children ages 8–18. All provide stipends of varying amounts, among other benefits.

Neon Museum
2021 National Artist Residency
The selected artist will develop a project inspired by the museum’s collection, receiving a $2,500 honorarium, stipends for travel and materials, an apartment and studio space in downtown Las Vegas, and more.

Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP
2021–22 Artist-in-Residence
Emerging and mid-career artists based in the Greater Los Angeles area have the opportunity to receive $15,000, a studio at the Quinn Emanuel LA office, an exhibition, and more over a three-month period.

Women’s Studio Workshop
Art-in-Ed Workspace Residency
Artists who are interested in working with local students while creating their own work can apply for this subsidized residency. Applicants must be able to teach intaglio, silkscreen, or hand papermaking.

29th Emerald Coast National Juried Fine Arts Exhibition
MKAC will award a total of $3,500 in prizes, which includes $1,000 for the Best-in-Show winner (who will also get a solo show in the Holzhauer Gallery during the 2022 Emerald Coast National exhibition).

PhotoBook Awards

2022 Sunroom Project Space
NY-area emerging artists can submit proposals to develop a site-specific project as a solo exhibition at Wave Hill. The four selected artists will each receive $2,000, exhibition support, and professional development.
